2R is a pop group in Hong Kong. The group consists of Race Wong and Rosanne Wong, two sisters raised in Singapore. Rosanne is the older sister. They also have a younger sister Rhonda who is currently studying in the United States.

Some critics have accused 2R of being an imitation of the popular Twins and have criticised their accented Cantonese. However, they do have a dedicated fan base and their third album “2R Revolution” has been reasonably successful. The motion picture “Ab-Normal Beauty” (死亡寫真) starring the two sisters also earned Race Wong a “Best New Actor nomination" at the Hong Kong Film Award and Golden Horse Award.

A Tough Beginning
Although 2R has yet to achieve the level of success that Twins have, they have arguably passed through a much more difficult time. The agent that initially signed the sisters had arranged an apartment for them in Hong Kong and was able to get them a few modelling jobs but nothing substantial materialised. Meanwhile, the sisters were working on improving their Cantonese while recording their first album in the hopes of attracting more fans. However, their agent suddenly disappeared and the sisters were burdened with several months of unpaid rent and were eventually evicted. With no agent and no money, the sisters turned to their parents who helped them pay off their debt and found them a new home. Soon afterwards they were signed by Universal Music.

Comparison to Twins
When 2R began their career, Twins had already established themselves in the Cantopop business. Ostensibly, the two groups have some similarities and are often compared to each other. 2R and Twins produce a similar style of music, target the same audiences, and both groups consist of two young female members. Although 2R has yet to achieve the level of Twins'success, these comparisons have still lead to rivalry between the fans of the two groups. Several incidences were reported where fans of the each group had attempted to sabotage the websites of the other's.

Synopsis
Our beloved fake princess returns for the second installation of the series. This time she is the fiancee of the Fifth Prince, but her life will be far worse off. The emperor's mother has returned from praying in the temples and she is appalled by all the changes that the emperor has made; it was bad enough that he adopted a daughter from the commoners but also found wives for the Fifth prince and Er Kang, who she wanted to marry his maid Qing Er to. To top it all off, Xiao Yan Zi's nonsense and no sense of palace rules has driven the Grand Empress over the edge. She is determined to drive the two girls out of the Palace. At this time, the beautiful daughter of a bordering nation - Han Xiang was "given" to the emperor as a prize so that the two nations will stop fighting. The emperor falls head over heels for her but unfortunately, Han Xiang already has a lover, Meng Dan, who is determined to get her back. Meng Dan fortuitously meet Xiao Yan Zi and the gang and for the love for sword fights they became close friends. Xiao Yan Zi decides to help them and sneak Han Xiang out of the palace. For this crime the emperor could take no more so he orders for the death of Xiao Yan Zi and Zi Wei. Wu A Ge, Er Kang and the gang sacrifice their positions and lives to save the two princesses and run for their lives. On their journey they are being helped by Xiao Jian, who are helping them for no reason but seems to not like the emperor very much... and what is with his special treatment for Xiao Yan Zi? The Empress, who still hates them used this chance to order secret assassins to kill the whole crew... Will they survive and be returned to their original positions?

Synopsis

Synopsis
This series is based on college life, love, and one sport - fencing. The story starts off with Cheng Ka Lam (Race Wong and her aunt, Mei (Eileen Yeow), trying to put together a newspaper group with at least 5 people for the school magazine. Lam makes a bet with her aunt and ends up winning with 5 people joining: Man Man (Elaine Yiu), Ching (Natalie Tong), who are Lam's best friends, and two more girls, Dai Jek Mui (Renee Dai), and 13 Mui (Kelly Fu). These 5 girls work together to create the school's magazines and soon becomes the best of friends.

Four guys, Ah Yat (Chris Lai), Ah Lok (Don Li), Don (Eddie Lee, and Lung (Sam Chan), all had a rough start with each other. Ah Yat and Ah Lok are close brothers and their relationship is like most brothers, happiness, some bickering, but very little, and love. Don and Lung are friends ever since they were little, but is more of Don's little sidekick. Lung is very loyal to Don. These two "teams" are rivals and disliked each other. Mr. Sword (Edmond Leung), their fencing teacher, knows about this, and tries his best to make the "teams" work together by testing them in different ways.
